Rooms and bathrooms very good.

Noise levels high from adjoining rooms.

Just after midnight we were moved to another room because of the excessive noise from adjoining rooms and corridor. The new room was a better room but the adjoining guests were partying until 2AM. We had to leave the hotel by 6AM, so in the end we only got about 3 hours sleep. ...read more

Fantastic 7 pool complex.

Charged 40% extra for use of pools and parking.

The resort is lovely, very upscale and has the best swimming pool complex I've seen in California. Seven lovely pools and I swam in all of them. However, the hotel charges 40% extra for use of the pools and for captive parking when no other parking is available. Also, there was a water slide in the pool complex that was NEVER open although advertises. The hotel also advertises free use of hotel bikes but the bikes were locked up the entire several days I was there and no one would unlock them. Very nice hotel. Addi tonal charge for spa resort, didn't even enjoy the spa resort because I only have one day stay.
